DELIVERY

Thanks to our partnership with DHL all deliveries are sent out using a secure and traceable service, which can be monitored on www.dhl.co.uk. Please note working days do not include weekends, Bank holidays or Public holidays in the UK.

Shipment Costs

We offer competitive DHL rates for both domestic and international shipments. Please enter your delivery address to calculate your rate. Please bear in mind that we do not cover the cost for customs and duty charges which will have to be covered by the recipient. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping cost should you decide to return the parcel to us for an exchange or a refund.

Availability & Authorization

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order reaches our system. Should we not have the item in stock at time of ordering, we will contact you via email to inform you of such and request instructions on how to proceed. Should you not get back to us within 48 hours from original correspondence, a full refund will be issued for your purchase. A confirmation of dispatch will reach you via email and it stands as confirmation that payment was successful and the item is on its way to you.

EU & International Orders

We ship internationally to most destinations via DHL, a tracking code will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey. We offer competitive rates for international shipments but please note that for all deliveries outside the EU, we are unable to predict and cover customs and duty charges which will have to be covered by the recipient.  Duty will have to be paid by the recipient and failure to comply will incur in the parcel being returned to sender. Please allow up to 5 working days for UK deliveries and up to 10 working days for international deliveries.
