Returns & Exchange Policy

We like to know that If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items sold by you may return these within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange providing the items are received in the same condition and packaging as sold and providing the returns tag remains attached.

We do not refund the original shipment charges relating to any purchase

Our only exception to our 14-day exchange policy is during the SALE period which we provide a 7 days returns policy from the date of receipt of the goods purchased from


Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order

How to Return or Exchange

Enclosed within your order you will find detachable labels with your address which can be used to return the product.(s)

Please complete the Returns Form indicating whether you would like to exchange or a refund and the reason for the return.

We always try to deal with your returns and exchange’s as soon as possible. However during very busy times please allow us 14 working days for your return or exchanges to be processed.

Items bought as gifts on can only be exchanged or refunded to the original payer.

There is no need to inform us that you are returning a parcel. Please follow the returns instructions enclosed within your pack, arrange a collection and we will do the rest. Please not your tracking number when returning goods to us in case anything goes wrong so that you can track you parcel.
