CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, absolutely. Please email us and we will get one of our Private Client team and they can place the order over the phone for you, as well as assist with any other shopping or styling enquiries you may have. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OSMAN ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards on our website, including AMEX.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can book an appointment atelier, with one of our Private Client shopping team via email on appointments@osmanlondon.com

CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT MY HOME OR HOTEL?
Yes, we can bring our Osman at Home service to you if you live/are staying in central London. Please email us at appointments@osmanlondon.com

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM MADE PIECE?
