WE LIKE TO KNOW THAT IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY ITEMS SOLD BY OSMANLONDON.COM YOU MAY RETURN THESE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROVIDING THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED IN THE SAME CONDITION AND PACKAGING AS SOLD AND PROVIDING THE RETURNS TAG REMAINS ATTACHED.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS BUT DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT CHARGES RELATING TO ANY PURCHASE. RETURNS ARE PRE-PAID FOR BY OSMAN PERFECT FIVE LTD. THE PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.

RETURNS PROCESS
Pending a returns approval you will be sent a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you must return the items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number or it will no longer be valid.
- Email a copy of your order confirmation to customerservice@osmanlondon.com and request an RMA, stating your reason for return.
- Please detail in the email if you would like to RETURN or EXCHANGE the item. If an item is faulty, please provide full details. Refunds must match the original payment method used. If you prefer a store credit, please inform us in the original return email.
- You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.
- Returns are pre-paid for by OYousefzada Ltd
- Use the pre-paid DHL return label that came with the original purchase for the return.
- Always remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
