RETURNS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of the items sold by Osmanlondon.com you may return these items within 14 days from the date of delivery. We are able to provide a full refund or exchange providing returned goods are received in the same condition and packaging as sold including attached tags.
We offer free returns however are unable to refund the original shipment charges to your purchase, and all pre-paid return labels are included in each online customer package.
Do note, Osmanlondon.com is not liable for returned goods that do not arrive, please ensure to obtain proof of postage and delivery from your chosen postal or courier service.
During the sales period, our return policy allows for a full refund within seven days from the date of receipt of goods purchased from our online shop.
RETURNS PROCESS
Pending a returns approval you will be sent a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you must return the items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number or it will no longer be valid.
- Email a copy of your order confirmation to customerservice@osmanlondon.com and request an RMA, stating your reason for return.
- Please detail in the email if you would like to RETURN or EXCHANGE the item. If an item is faulty, please provide full details. Refunds must match the original payment method used. If you prefer a store credit, please inform us in the original return email.
- You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.
- Returns are pre-paid for by OYousefzada Ltd
- Use the pre-paid DHL return label that came with the original purchase for the return.
- Always remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
